Mountain Afadjato is one of the highest mountains in Ghana, located in the Volta Region near the border with Togo. It is a popular destination for hikers and nature lovers who want to enjoy the panoramic views and the rich biodiversity of the area. The mountain is part of the Agumatsa Range and has a summit elevation of 885 metres. The name "Afadjato" comes from the Ewe word "Avadze-to", which means at war with the bush. The mountain is surrounded by coffee and cocoa farms, as well as tropical rainforest. The nearby Tagbo Falls and Wli Falls are also considered tourist attractions. There are several hidden attractions of caves, streams and other waterfalls in the area.
