Covid-19 Protocols

We require all travelers to wear a face mask in public areas during their visit.

Our guides are also required to wear a nose mask in public areas.

We provide face masks for travelers.

Likewise, we enforce social distancing throughout the experience.

We will make hand sanitizers available to travelers and staf

Regularly sanitizing throughout the experience.

We sanitize our equipment in use, vehicles, handles, etc.

Guides are required to regularly wash their hands and do regular temperature checks for staff and travelers.
Cancellation Policy
Individuals Booking a Tour:
20% of the total trip quote paid to confirm your space at the time of booking – this is not refundable so please be sure you really want to get on the trip before making this deposit.
The balance left will be divided between months before the trip to come up with a payment plan.
If for some reason you cancelled the trip earlier than 2 months before departure, you will get a full refund from what you have paid after the deposit.
If the trip is cancelled exactly 2 months before the trip or less, we will refund 80% of the trip funds paid after the deposit. This is because we make payment for all related logistics 2 months before trip dates to secure accommodation and transportation. (Kindly note this does not apply to trips in the month of December – reservations are made and paid off as soon as a deposit is made to prevent last minute from accommodation and transportation suppliers because it is a high season). The only time we can make a full refund is if someone else signs up to fill your space 2 months or less after you have cancelled it.

We abide by the norm and regulations of the cancellation policies of the travel company we are dealing with. This is to ensure that the cancellation policies you already have in place for clients who book your tours don’t change.

Airport pickups are a convenient and hassle-free way to start your trip in a new destination. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, we offer a reliable and comfortable airport transfer service. You can also enjoy the benefits of having our professional drivers who will meet you at the airport, help you with your luggage, and drive you to your hotel. You can also get some useful tips and information from our drivers about the destination, such as the best places to visit, eat, and shop. Our Airport pickups are a great way to save time, money, and stress, and to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Yoga Activities
Yoga adventure tours:
Experience adventurous yoga trips that involve exploring the natural and cultural wonders of a destination, while also practicing yoga and meditation along the way. You can hike, bike, kayak, or surf, while also visiting historic sites, markets, and festivals, and meeting the local people.
Transport Or Car Rentals
We help travelers get around their destination. Transport services include arranging flights, buses, taxis, or other modes of transport for our travelers, depending on their preferences, budget, and itinerary. Car rental services include providing our tourists with a vehicle of their choice, such as a car, a van, a bus, that they can use for a certain period of time, with or without a driver. These services can be booked separately or as part of our packages.
Visa On Arrival
We offer Visa on arrival services which allow travelers to obtain a visa at the airport or border, instead of applying for one in advance. We assist travelers with the visa process, such as providing them with a pre-approved visa letter, assisting them with the visa application form, and paying the visa fees on their behalf. Visa on arrival services can be convenient and time-saving for travelers who are eligible for a visa on arrival, and who do not want to deal with the hassle of applying for a visa beforehand.
International Certificate of Vaccination
We offer yellow vaccine card or Prophylaxis (ICVP) services to assist travelers with the ICVP process, such as providing them with a pre-approved visa letter, helping them fill out the ICVP form, and paying the vaccine fees on their behalf. These services can be convenient and time-saving for travelers who are eligible for a visa on arrival, and who do not want to deal with the hassle of applying for a visa and an ICVP beforehand.
Residence Permit
We assist travelers in obtaining a Residence permit to live and work in Ghana. We assist travelers throughout the process.
Non-Ghanaian Card
A Non-Ghanaian Card is a biometric identification card issued by the National Identification Authority (NIA) to foreigners who are permanently resident in Ghana. It is a mandatory document for foreigners who want to access various services and benefits in Ghana, such as banking, health care, education, and immigration.
Some tour agencies in Ghana offer services to assist foreigners in obtaining a Non-Ghanaian Card, such as:

• Providing them with a pre-approved visa letter, which is a requirement for applying for a Non-Ghanaian Card
​
• Helping them fill out the Non-Ghanaian Card application form, which can be done online or at the NIA offices
​
• Accompanying them to the NIA offices, where they will have their biometric data captured and their card issued
